Welcome to the Upper Captiva Carriage Club. Our mission is homeowner centric with an emphasis on private parking, Island shuttle, and logistics transfer for all goods and services. Along with our strategic partners Yvena & Joe and their Dervil Property Management LLC. team and Captain Debbie Hudson with Captiva Island Adventures LLC., we intend to provide a concierge level of priority service for homeowners and their guests.
UCCC will be located at the NW corner of Stringfellow RD. and Maria Dr. The property will require a zoning change and Land Use Plan amendment. UCCC has retained a legal and engineering team. Permitting could take up to a year, a temporary parking permit maybe available sooner while we continue with the development.
There will be an ingress point off Stringfellow Road on the northeast corner of the property along with a consolidation point for deliveries. To minimize traffic on Maria all delivery vehicle egress will be on the south end of the property onto Maria and then onto Stringfellow.
Fenced in parking with24-hour access. Our plan includes carport style covered parking under large solar panels. The parking area will have minimal hard covering and maximum permeable surface. There will be a comprehensive green barrier of native Florida foliage and trees. We will have Electric Vehicle recharging stations and oversize vehicle and RV parking. We will operate a shuttle van for member shuttle to and from the county dock on Maria.
